My 04.28 Dollar General Trips

 I hate to admit that I used to be one of those folks who would just throw out the DG receipt without even paying attention to the Qs at the bottom, that will never happen again! Here goes:

Trip #1:

(3) Wisk laundry detergent @$4 each = $12
(3) French's yellow mustard @ $1.25 each = $3.75
(these were on price break at my store )
(2) Jif to go @ $1.25 each = $2.50
(4) Reach floss @$1 each =$4
(1) Tiny Tbonz @$1.50
(2) Dentyne multipack @$1 each =$2

Total before Qs: $25.75

Qs used:

(1) $5/$25
(3) $2 Wisk = $6
(3) $.30 French's yellow mustard =$.90
(2) $.55 Jif = $1.10
(4) $1 Reach = $4
(1) $1 Tbonz
(2) $1 Dentyne = $2

Q total: $20

OOP: $5.75 plus $.88 = $6.63

Trip #2:

(2) Rephresh Tampon @ $1 each = $2
(4) Tiny Tbonz @ $1.50 each = $6
(4) Clairol Hair color @ $3 each = $12
(1) Nivea Bodywash @ $2.50
(2) Mentos gum @ $.65 each = $1.30
(1) Secret deodorant @ $2

Total before Qs= $25.80

Qs used:

(1) $5/$25
(1) Rephresh @ $1
(4) Tbonz @ $1 = $4
(2) Clairol @ $5 = $10
(1) Nivea @ $2
(2) Mentos @ $.55 = $1.10
(1) Secret @ $1

Total Qs used= $24.10

OOP = $1.70 plus $1.14 tax = $2.84

So excited to get $51.55 worth of products for $9.47 OOP. And I came away with 2 $5/$25 Qs for next weekend. Now just to see if I can get something together for those .
