Blog Appearance

Ok, if you notice the appearance of this blog changing over the next few days, do not be alarmed LOL. I am playing around, seeing what works best and what I can change to make it more appealling. I may have to bring in the big guns on this one, because so far I have not found the one design that screams at me "I AM THE ONE!!!!" LOL. If anyone has any suggestions, I am completely open to them :).

Free Kiss Nail

If you snagged the $1 off any Kiss or Broadway nail accessory, excluding glue and nail files here, then you should hurry to Dollar General where I was able to get these nail stickers for free. They are regularly priced at $1 each, so you will only pay tax on them. Or, if you are in need of some artificial nails, the Kiss Natural nails are also regularly priced at $1. I have gotten so many positive comments since I did my nails with these, and one young lady at work actually thought that the flowers were airbrushed on my nails. Plus they are super simple to apply.



It's Been a While

It feels like forever since I had the opportunity to get on here and post. Between new management at my full-time job (and struggling with the tough decision as to whether I wanted to move up that ladder myself at this time or if I am comfortable where I am), debating on whether we will pull our child from the public school system (some issues with the staff and peer bullying, but that sounds like another post right lol) and opt for home-schooling instead and just an overall feeling of being overwhelmed by a million things at once, I have not had a chance to visit. I am so glad that I finally can. I love having the opportunity to stop by here and share the amazing deals I find and also share a little of my family with anyone who happens by and is interested. Hopefully things will settle down a bit once more in this household and I will be able to visit more often. With spring fever sure to set it in soon though, I will cross my fingers and hope, but not hold my breath LOL. Hope everyone is having a blessed day.

Our family has been a member of the overseas coupon program for several years now, and we think it is a wonderful program that provides just another way to support those who protect us. With a former Marine in our household, we adopted a USMC base in Japan, but there are several branches of the military that participate in the program. Military families can use expired coupons up to since months past their expiration dates in their PXs and Commisaries.
